Shipping Info

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your product to be sent.

• We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses.

• We also ship internationally!

• A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update. 

• We do not ship on weekends. Orders are only shipped Monday - Friday and any order placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday morning. 

International shipping

• International Shipping is also contracted through UPS and will typically take 12-30 days and in some cases longer.

• John Gay Art will not cover taxes, duties, or other country specific charges.

• Once the package is in control of the recipients country, tracking becomes variable depending on the countries post office.
